EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase or need a different size you can certainly return or exchange it.
- The timeframe: 30 days from the delivery date.
- The charge: $0 (for US only)
- To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered. If an item is returned to us damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition a refund or exchange will not be granted.
- Ineligible for return or refund: Shipping fees, gift wrap fees, and any items marked as "final sale."
US Returns and Exchanges How-to:
- Please email deb@sublimebirdy.com to request a return or exchange and the reason for the return or exchange request.
- A paid Merchandise Return label will be emailed to you with further instructions.
- Package up your item/s and leave your package with your regular outgoing mail. If your carrier does not take packages, drop them off anywhere that accepts US Post Office mail or in any mailbox.
- That's it! We'll send you an email when we have received and inspected your item(s) and processed your exchange or refund.
